From Concept to delivery AYVA offers a full service In Mould Label Capability. Our in house design team can assist customers right through from concept to the design phase of your products artwork. After the design has been signed approved, we produce a full size paper prototype label that is sent to our customers for final quality control sign off. After prototype acceptance the labels are produced by our local printing partner, the pails are then produced at our manufacturing plant in Sydney. The total process can take as little as 3- 4 weeks.

In Mould Labeling is available for all AYVA pail sizes, offering our customers a full colour and full wrap printing solution with crystal clear graphics. IML technology can provide substantial cost saving to our customers by eliminating the need for expensive labeling equipment and faster production lines. AYVA Packaging is pleased to announce the imminent arrival of the Elite 5L Pail & Lid. The 5L Pail has been designed to cater for both Industrial and Food applications, and will feature an easy off Lid design, excellent column strength, and a superior lid seal for unrivalled pack integrity. The pail comes standard with Tamper Evidence (T/E) protection.
